ScamTo any medical professionals who may be reading these reviews, I would like to bring to your attention that this company has been flagged as risky and potentially a scam on Reddit. There have been multiple complaints regarding charges, product delays, and empty promises made by someone named "Michelle" who claims to be one of the owners. Before making any purchases from this site, I highly recommend checking the Better Business Bureau. Although they may not cancel your order, your credit card company might since it is unlikely that you will receive the product as promised. All of the complaints seem to be similar in nature. To avoid frustration, I suggest purchasing from a reputable company instead.

Piss poor companyOrdered the necklace for may daughter tje took my money Nov 28 and six days later got email stating minor delay in shipping. Tried contacting them 3 times with no respo.se.

Disappointed I have nothing good to say about this company. I have purchased a necklace for my daughter and they took the money from my checking account…then they sent me an email stating that the purchase was not completed so they didn’t send the necklace but I did pay for it.

Horrible company, This is very disappointing, I have been contacting them everyday, NO response. It’s giving false information. It’s been over two weeks still no communication. Whatsoever, no tracking number no nothing. I will never order or recommend this come to anyone. This is Trash ass business. This rating is a 0

Horrible service There is no response to emails. No phone number to call. Everything is in cognito and it takes for ever to get status

poor servicenever received necklace that I ordered for wife. Only accept email to contact them. Requested tracking number, did not receive. wonder if anyone gets their product. what a shame they say they were medical professionals and now they are taking advantage of this RN!

Graduation giftMy sister just graduated from nursing school and enlisted in the Army. I purchased a gift from Med Jewel over a month ago for her graduation. The website stated to allow 5-7 business days for delivery. It was 2 weeks till my sister graduation and I was still waiting on the gift. The only way to communicate with the company is by email only. I emailed the company every day for a week with no response concerning the matter. I had to dispute the charges for my order and my sister never received her gift from the company. I was so disappointed, upset, and shock with the company and the way they handle business. I'll order from this company again.

Poor service No phone to call in. No response to any of two dozen emails I sent in.
